    演者は関東地方会会員であることが必須です。未入会の方は発表前日までに日本小児神経学会関東地方会ホームページから入会手続きと会費納入をお済ませ下さい。未入会のままでは発表できません。
    Speakers must be members of the Kanto Regional Chapter. Non-members must complete the membership application and pay the membership fee by the day before the presentation at the Japanese Society of Child Neurology, Kanto District homepage.
    Presentations will not be accepted from non-members.

    複数の所属機関がある方は主たる所属機関から順番に記入下さい。
    For those with multiple affiliations, please list them in descending order of affiliation priority.

    地方会からのBrain and Development Case Reports推薦演題要件を満たしているかどうかすなわち論文として未発表の症例報告でありなおかつ地方会開催時点で40歳以下または博士号取得後8年未満の若手が筆頭演者である。
    Whether the presentation meets the Brain and Development Case Reports nomination criteria from the local meeting, which means that it is an unpublished case report and the lead presenter is a young person up to 40 years of age or within 8 years of obtaining a doctorate at the time of the local meeting.
