参加登録・参加費のお支払いについて
- 最初にページ下部の新規ユーザ登録ボタンからページ移動し、メールアドレス、マイページへのログインパスワードの登録を行い手順に従って仮登録を行ってください。
この時システムから自動送信されるメールが受信できる必要があります。受信したメール内のリンクを開くことでメールアドレスが有効化されマイページにログインができるようになります。
メールはjskd46@medical-events.jpから送信されます。 - 数分待ってもメールが受信できない時は迷惑メールフォルダも確認の上、事務局にお問い合わせください。
- ユーザ登録時に登録したメールアドレスは参加管理のメールアドレスとなり、これは変更できません。
- マイページで参加区分の選択、氏名、所属等の登録後にお支払いをすることでマイページに二次元バーコードが表示されます。これで参加登録は完了です。
マイページの二次元バーコードは会場受付で必要となります。
マイページから懇親会（無料）の参加登録が可能となります。 - 参加費のお支払いはクレジットカードのみとなります。
ご利用できるカードはVISA、MasterCard、AmericanExpress、JCBとなります。決済が完了すると決済サービスに利用しているStripeからレシートメールが自動送信されますが。領収証が必要な方はマイページからダウンロードができますので、こちらを利用してください。 - クレジットカードでのお支払い時に、カード会社による3Dセキュア（本人認証サービス）による認証が求められる場合があります。この3Dセキュア認証による認証がうまくいかない場合には、お使いのクレジットカード会社へお問い合わせをお願いします。
※生体認証、ワンタイムパスワード（SMS、メール）、二次元コードなどによる認証

Registration and Payment
- First, click the “New User Registration” button at the bottom of the page to proceed. Enter your email address and create a password for your My Page, then follow the instructions to complete the registration process.
You must be able to receive the automatic confirmation email. Click the link in the email to verify your email address and log in to your My Page.
The email will be sent from jskd46@medical-events.jp. - If you do not receive the email after a few minutes, please check your spam folder and contact the secretariat.
- The email address used during user registration will be used for participant management and cannot be changed later.
- After logging in to My Page, select your registration category and enter your name, affiliation, and other required information. Once payment is completed, a QR code will be displayed on your My Page. This completes your registration.
- You will need to show the QR code at the venue reception desk.
Payment
- Registration fees can be paid by credit card only.
- Accepted cards include VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB.
- After payment is completed, a receipt email will be automatically sent from Stripe, the payment service provider. If you require an official receipt, you may download it from your My Page.
- When paying by credit card, you may be required to complete 3D Secure (a cardholder verification service) provided by your card issuer. If you are unable to complete this 3D Secure verification, please contact your credit card company directly.
*Authentication methods may include: biometric authentication, one-time passwords (SMS or email), and QR codes.
